The GEPLEX Youth Foundation is dedicated to empowering the youth of Africa through innovative programs designed to cultivate leadership, entrepreneurship, and community engagement. Rooted in the core values of empowerment, integrity, collaboration, inclusivity, and innovation, the foundation aims to create a sustainable impact in the lives of young individuals. By providing access to resources, training, and mentorship, the foundation strives to inspire youth to realize their full potential and contribute positively to their communities.
Through a variety of targeted programs, we are committed to fostering a generation of proactive leaders who can navigate the challenges of a rapidly evolving world.
Problem Statement
Nigeria faces significant challenges in youth unemployment, low entrepreneurship levels, and a lack of digital skills. Youth unemployment and underemployment continue to hinder economic growth and exacerbate poverty, with around 7.2% of young people aged 15-24 unemployed as of 2023. Additionally, the NEET (Not in Employment, Education, or Training) rate for Nigerian youth stands at approximately 13.8%—a substantial portion of young Nigerians disengaged from productive activities. These factors contribute to a cycle of poverty and limited upward mobility for youth, impeding national growth and stability

GEPLEX Leadership Development Training Program (GLD)
OVERVIEW
The GEPLEX Leadership Development Training Program (GLD) is a transformative initiative aimed at nurturing Africa's next generation of leaders. The program is designed to help participants uncover and build on their leadership styles, strengths, and potential. With a strong focus on self-discovery, self-leadership, and transformational leadership qualities, the program equips young leaders with the tools and mindset necessary to drive impactful change.
OBJECTIVES:
To help participants identify their unique leadership style and strengths through self-reflection and analysis.
To develop self-leadership skills that empower participants to take initiative, foster accountability, and make well-considered decisions.
To cultivate transformational leadership qualities that inspire, motivate, and positively influence others, fostering a legacy of responsible leadership.
GEPLEX Entrepreneurship Boot camp (GEB)
OVERVIEW
The GEPLEX Entrepreneurship Boot camp (GEB) is a comprehensive training program tailored for aspiring entrepreneurs who are eager to transform ideas into viable businesses. This program delivers essential business knowledge, from startup planning to operational management, while fostering an innovative mindset that encourages creative problem-solving.
OBJECTIVES:
To equip participants with essential business knowledge and skills necessary for starting and running a successful business.
To provide access to funding opportunities and resources for aspiring entrepreneurs.
To encourage innovative thinking and problem-solving in business contexts.
GEPLEX Academic Excellence Program (GAEP)
OVERVIEW
The GEPLEX Academic Excellence Program (GAEP) supports students in enhancing their academic performance, building effective study habits, and developing a disciplined approach to learning. Through mentorship and peer support, the program creates a positive learning environment that fosters growth, achievement, and a commitment to lifelong learning.
